Do you consider Hopkins to be legit champion at LHW?

sort of. He beat the man, but after arguing for years about how DM was the linear champ and both he and jones losing, I just gave up.

No because When RJJ was champ he beat the **** out of every top 10 LHW around, since becoming champ Bhops doesn't fight any of the top LHWs, so how can you call your self the champ and not defend your title.

 

Dawson would be the correct answer in my book. Erdei would also be a genuine offer, but faded beating faded, that beat faded, does very little for me.

 

Dawson can rule the division for years to come.

 

The problem with Bhops is the same one we had with Foreman after he beat Moorer, he simply wont defend the title against the top contenders.

Exactly if he is going to claim the LHW title he needs to fight the LHW champs and contenders.

 

To claim that Hopkins is the LHW Champ, you would have to assume that he beat the LHW Champ. So, the answer IMO is definitely no.
