Against Klitschko he seemed pre prime to me. Even came in too heavy against Takam. I feel like this is the beginning of Joshua's real prime.

    Also what about Wilder?

I guess we'll find out on Saturday, I think he still has a bit of room to grow though. He still doesn't even know what his ideal weight is and from a technical standpoint there is a lot of progress to be made as well, and whilst he's very explosive in patches he's also not exactly a guy that overly relies on speed. I think any improvements he makes in the immediate future regarding technique and experience will outweigh any physical deterioration suffered in the same time frame.

All things considered I think he should be a more well rounded fighter in two years than he is currently.

Wilder and Anthony seem to both be in their primes, which is why we all want to see them fight.

Wilder is prime right now. Since he added the straight right hand to his arsenal. Now he has right swing, straight right and windmill.

I bet on Joshua to be prime saturday night. The Klitschko fight was the turning point techniquewise and a wakeup call regarding his weight and pacing. He knows more now and he has had time to make the best out of it.

I think Wilder is in is Prime. I don't believe technically his going to develop much more....what you see is pretty much what we are going to get.

AJ I think is still developing and has room to grow.....

Yeah prime for posing in the Mr Olympia competition. Leave the real athletes like Mr Wilder to deal with unifying the titles! Please Deontay! Stop this bodybuilder, before he causes more damage to the heavyweight division!

he's only been boxing for 10 years and is hugely hungry to improve. So skillwise he will continue to.. physically he's in his prime though.

Joshua is in his physical prime. He had just enough to beat a 41 year old Wlad, out of the ring for 1.5 years.

I applaud Joshua for facing a top ten contender who's not old. The question for Joshua is he good and consistent enough to become an all time great? The current top ten is very weak, so he'll need a lot more title defenses vs men of Parker or Wilder's quality.

It would not surprise me if he looses to a lesser man before 2020, provided the opponent can punch.

Joshua for the 2nd time is fighting someone who isn’t afraid of him. Joshua is a cherry picking bully (first time I ever used cherry picking and a boxer) and I hate bullies. I ****ed a bully up bad in my younger days and lots of people thanked me lol. I’ll thank Parker after he whoops Joshua’s was.

If he keeps doing Roids I imagine his prime will be when he reaches 275lbs with zero body fat.

If he stops the Roids he immediately becomes passed prime as he gets sparked cold in his next fight.

Let’s see how he dismantles Parker before answering this.

Personally I believe he will start hitting his peak in around 2-3 years.

You have to consider he started boxing very late, he has only had 20 professional fights, he is still very fresh, he has had one "war" with Klitschko and the more experience he gets the better he will become.

I don’t, I think he’s still learning and improving each fight. He’s still fairly inexperienced when you consider how much he achieved

Also got a very good team behind him and plenty of £ to try and make the camps better and better

Very likely prime and will be for another 5 years (if he is dedicated) which doesn't mean to say he won't get knocked out by Parker or the dude after him.
