Do you consider Vitali a quitter for quitting against the feather-fisted Chris Byrd?

    What kind of heart do you have? Do YOU have a heart?

    Here is what Vitali has to brag about;

    - A PHD
    - Heavy weight kickboxing champ
    - Heavy weight boxing champ
    - Financially set for the rest of his life
    - A great family
    - His Father was a military officer
    - His brother is the best HW fighter in the world
    - ran for office in a major European city

    This is what you have;

    - A picture of Max Kellerman

    Yep, I can see why you look down on him so much.

    I guess by your logic Sugar Ray Robinson is always a quitter and same with Duran?

    Where's my million dollars, kid! Money on the damn table! :deal

    It kind of helps that the only place I boxed seriously was overseas. Oh yeah, being Ukrainian helps me know what being Ukrainian is like, too. How long did it take you to look up "parochial," anyway? The word pretty much started its existence within the Orthodox church.

    Where's my money?!

    When Robinson "quit", it was more of a case of him not being able to stand anymore, let alone box. He could've died in the ring. Vitali had a healthy arm and two fresh legs. He could've just danced around the ring and used his healthy arm to keep Byrd at bay. But nope, Vitali decided to quit like a dog.

    And Duran quit when he was down on the scorecards against Leonard. If you had told Duran that if he could just run around the ring for 9 minutes with a busted shoulder, he would've certainly fought on, especially considering it would've boosted up his status even further if you take into account how acclaimed the rematch between Duran and Leonard was -- it was a whole different set of circumstances.

    What about Freitas vs all his other opponents.
    Remember the Barrios fight?

    You're right.

    Vitali certainly doesn't have the heart and courage of true heavyweight champions -- men like Jack Johnson, Rocky Marciano, Muhammad Ali, Joe Louis, Jersey Joe Walcott, Ezzard Charles, etc.

    If Chris Byrd made Vitali quit, imagine what those guys would've done to him.

    :hey

    Typical Klitschko nuthugger bull**** trying to justify Vitali's quitting like a dog against a featherfisted counterpuncher with only 3 rounds left while leading by a wide margin on all 3 cards.

    First fighter in history to accomplish this feat.

    Vitali had almost 2.5 hours of surgery after that fight, which he was winning. His arm went numb, which means possible permanent nerve damage. Vitali did the right thing. Byrd had nothing to do with Vitali's arm. If Vitali had not quit, it could have meant his career. Idiots who claim Vitali is a quitter are just screaming sour grapes because he and Vlad are beating all their heroes. They are so jealous.

    the shoulder injury was much more dangerous than the cuts and all that in the lennox fight. Anyone saying he should just dance around and hold Byrd off for 3 rounds has never sustained such an injury. Dude was fuct. Byrd lucked the **** out. Good job Byrd. Go see if you can fight in a year or TWO Vitali.
