Some has-beens, some bums.
A close win over Valuev, who couldn't even beat a 99-year-old Holyfield really.

A shot John Ruiz, Audley Harrison (39 years old version), Monte Barrett .........
... and a sore toe.

And this is PRIME Haye I'm talking about.
The 2016 version, post-career-ending-injury, 36-year-old, is a pathetic creature, probably can't even go 4 rounds with a live opponent.

Arnold Garbage, Mark De Mori .... how do wins over those two entitle you to be considered a top fighter???

 

Haye will forever be known at HW, as the man who ran all night from Wlad and refused to fight, and then blamed it afterwards on a sore toe.

That is what he will be remembered for.

His comeback is meaningless, because he still refuses to fight an opponent, who is

A. Ranked
B. Is not paid to take a dive.

If he continues down this path he must know that he is not going to get ranked or get a shot at another title.

 

I hope he doesn't get a shot. I have no interest in him.
I do admire the way he's sold himself for all these years as a top heavyweight, and people are still buying it. On the other hand, I heard he blew most of his money one way or another, which is unfortunate for him.

 

Haye is back because he lost big money in Dubai (I think it was some form of property scam from memory), and he was caught by his wife cheating and is now getting divorced.

He has had disaster over the past 4 years (retired) and is only back in boxing because he fails at life, and needs money.
