Do you fault Cotto for taking a knee after learning of Margo's possible loaded hands?

If Margo was loaded in his gloves I take back what I said about Cotto quiting. Obviously Margo was cheating against him and that would be unfair to Cotto. (If Margo was cheating, which is most likely)

 

When you watch Margie's fights....he doesn't start hitting harder in the
mid to later rounds...its just that his punches start hurting more
Now we possibly know why?

 

I didn't blame cotto if his gloves weren't loaded but now...i give cotto credit for sucking it up that long

 

Loaded gloves or not Cotto had taken enough, I don't blame him for taking a knee.

 

what do you mean if, you think that was the 1st time he tryed to put something into his glove.i bet he has been doing that since clottey fight.thats not something you do over night.he been doing that for a while.people never get caught the 1st time when cheating, only when you make it a habbit.ala base ball players, track runners etc etc.

 

I dont think its his first time but theres no evidence to prove otherwise.

I don't fault him for taking a knee regardless if the gloves were loaded. Its not bad strategy to try to buy some time by taking a knee.

 

Only the haters were talking **** about cotto. Loaded gloves or not he took alot of punishment and he did the right thing.

 

I think with Margarito he probably put extra illegal padding in there for his hands..Think about it. If you ever wrapped your hands and put on boxing gloves...it dont feel good if you hit something like and elbow. Margarito's whole style is just to throw a lot of punches anywhere. To a normal human being if you hit an elbow or something that is going to **** up your hands. I really think Margarito and camp are too dumb to know it was probably highly illegal b/c they get away with that kind of **** in Mexico. I think they dont think it is really cheating.

 

The thing is though Cotto did take alot of punishment in this fight. Even a feather fisted fighter would have hurt him.
He took 3 uppercuts iin a row and i dont care how feather fisted u are uppercuts hurt like hell.
also Cotto took alot of damage in round 2 and this stuff supposedly hardens later on.

If Cotto had only taken minimal damage then i would say the gloves were loaded but he was taking shot after shot....
If this proves true then it makes sense since i predicted a Cotto victory and Margarito should have to pay for cheating

 

so what does this all say about PW's chin after taking all those "monster shots" these Margo fans were bragging about in the 11th???

 

"I didn't know" is not a reasonable excuse to come from a World Championship team. It just isn't. They knew what the **** they were doing, and now they have been caught.

 

I'd like to see the naysayers here get hit in the head for 10 rounds and NOT take a knee. I wouldn't last two rounds lol
