No. I like them. Wladimir is a pure boxer. He's boxes everything by the book and fights so technically, that I think its brilliant to watch. Whens the last time you saw Wlad lose a round? Hard to tell, cause thats how awesome he is at boxing. Vitali also. Vitali is a technician in the ring.
I can't vote. I find one often boring and the other not. I don't view them as that similar, like so many do.
These are my feelings on the KLitschkos exactly. They would get so much more respect if they dealt with these B level opponents by steamrollering them like Tyson or Hagler. Theyre big enough and skilled enough to do it but they just dont seem to have the guts to try it.
I enjoy watching Vitali more than Wlad (since he became very cautious and hug happy), but yes I do like the technical aspect they both bring to the heavyweight division. It is said so often they are boring and not as exciting to watch as heavyweights of the past, but people forget heavyweight fights in the last era (Tyson, Holy, Bowe, Moorer) consisting mostly of rounds with 2 minutes of holding and 1 minute of fighting. Only the knockouts were exciting. With the Klits I can appreciate their technical brilliance every second of a fight.
If you are a boxing fan that enjoys watching BOXING you don't find them boring. If you are a casual fan that enjoys seeing 2 men beat each other then you will find them boring and you should just watch MMA
Go watch Wlad/Chambers and tell me you're enjoying it. That **** took me about 6 different viewings to get through the whole thing.
I don't know how you enjoy watching keeping some fat small unskilled boxer away from him for most of 12 rounds with a jab. He used his size to win that. I don't only enjoy 2 guys slugging it out. When 2 boxers with skill get in there and fight, I prefer to watch that over 2 sluggers.
Not Boring, sometimes is little bit Frustrating to see Wlad waiting and waiting when I know he could literally kill his opponent if he just did let his hands go more.:yep
