Do you guys believe Canelo when he says he'll take a fight with GGG?

Canelo might even do better than we think. Fight wont be for a year or so, Canelo is young and still improving.

As far as letting him, yeah Oscar will. Oscar fought everyone. Oscar lost fights but was still the biggest name in the sport. Because he fought everyone.

Canelo might lose more fights in his career, but I dont think he is going to avoid challenges. Especially if the opponent is popular with Mexican fans like GGG. Golovkin even said he would take the fight in Mexico.

I think Canelo loses, but if they fought twice - when Canelo was say 26-27 and GGG was 35-36 he might well win.

He will fight Golovkin if given the opportunity. He won't win, but his character as a fighter cannot be denied. Some guys in the sport should take notes

I don't think Canelo is ducking anyone. He has far more confidence in himself than his handlers did initially. I think Canelo would probably fight anyone he considers a threat. He's kinda alpha male

Oscar is talking about Canelo becoming "the face of HBO"

To do that he'll need a face, so its doubtful his handlers will push for that fight. Already Oscar has being saying KT is a more talented fighter than GGG etc, running him down.

I have no reason to doubt the word of the fearless ginger warrior

twice he has pushed for high risk/low reward matches that he could have easily avoided if he wanted to, he went against the advice of his handlers' to get in the ring with Trout and Lara, that's some G' **** right there.

that been said, GGG will trash him if they fight

I believe he is ambitious enough to fight anybody and wants to be the biggest star in boxing. Why else would he fight Mayweather and Lara, then go after fights with Cotto and Pacquiao? Back in the day this fight would be a given.

You're telling me this why? Sorry but the response sounds like you're trying to make a comeback because you think I'm a Canelo fan. I'm not at all a Canelo fan, but he has said more than once he isn't moving up a division. Canelo also successfully made 155 lbs. against Lara, if I remember.

If Golovkin wants Mayweather, this would be a perfect opportunity because he'd demolish Canelo.
