    He just waited for his payday, and when the time came, he failed miserably.

    Success can motivate you to be stronger, but also can make you weaker. Unfortunately, in Ruiz's case, it was the latter.

    He needs to be supervised by a nutritionist. I have no faith in his ability to self-manage his diet. You can exercise strenuously but as long as you abuse calories you'll never beat the scale. Andy must win his "battle of the bulge" before I can take him seriously.

    He still has my interest, because I still think he gives most everyone a good match and can potentially beat anyone if he shows up 100%.

    What he lost was my support. Not that Im sure he cares at all lol.

    But ya... hard to respect and support someone like Ruiz. Was selected for a life changing opportunity, tried snaggling on the terms of the rematch, shows up in embarrassing shape despite the entire world warming him about not blowing this by partying too much, then... fires his trainer.

    Nah.

    I do love though how he said AJ isnt a boxer and cant actually box... then winds up literally getting outboxed. Good stuff.

    Why would I care about a guy who doesnt care about himself? Hes a disappointment and proved everyone making fat jokes correct. Hes lazy and undisciplined.

    Ruiz is probably in line for another title eliminator. Shouldn't be too hard to get to 260. I think he beats Usyk, Pulev, Povetkin, Hunter and Whyte if he stays at that weight. 50 / 50 with the bodybuilder because he is chinny. Deontay probably smokes him and Fury wins a wide UD. He's not like a Bermane Stiverne kind of finished. Who was overweight at 254lb, and was destroyed in 1 round. He came in at 282 and won about 3 rounds at the maximum against Joshua, and went the full 12.

    Sure, I'll watch him fight. I wouldn't buy it though. Has to be free or the under card of PPV. He got a gift- made a last minute sub. Then he threw it away. Put him in the ring blob or not he can still bang.
