Do you guys think that Guzman scared off Bob Arum in putting him in there with Manny?

I think Marquez, Juan, and Guzman all have a great chance to beat Pac. I think the fighter who has the best chance is Juan Diaz. Juan Diaz can back up Manny and Manny don't fight good going back. I think Marquez can beat him if he fights like he did from rds 3-11. I think if Manny fights him next Marquez will win. I think Guzman has the speed, defense, and footwork to beat Manny. I can be wrong but I think if Manny could lose to all three guys.

your right kg... but bob arums tune is not in guzmans beat and it is sad. but let us not count jmm out. whatever happens or if david diaz goes first, then pac has no options anymore and the 3 remaining fighters will be jmm, j diaz and guzman :good

Yes, but are you accepting of him fighting David Diaz? Who struggled with a fighter Pacquiao stopped in what, 3 rounds?

    :nono :bart

JMM, Juan Diaz, David Diaz or Katsidis would be the best opponent for Pac . . . not Guzman who merely wanted to win each round by points

    Guzman and Calderon belongs together.

:deal :deal :deal :deal :deal :deal

JMM, Juan Diaz, David Diaz, or Katsidis are all good fighters and I would like to see Manny fight. I think he'll lose to JMM and Juan Diaz. I want to see Manny fight the best fighters to prove that he is a great fighter. If Guzman is one of the best and has a good chance to beat him Manny should fight him to prove his greatness in the sport.

March 2008, or whenever it is again:

    Pac v. JMM
    Joan v. Juan

    September 2008, or whenever:

    Pac v. Joan
    JMM v. Juan

    January 2009, or whenever:

    Pac v. Juan
    Joan v. Juan

Its the best combination, I think - it will make for some legendary fights!

...screw the rest for now...this should take care of 2008 and possibly even early 2009, at which point Baby Bull would be even better, whilst Pacman should still very much be in his prime. JMM would still be good enough to put on a very good challenge and Joan would not be too old or bored...because everyone is ducking him.

    :good

No way....You guys made this bed. Remember all the criticism for PBF not fighting the best? He had plenty of reasons for fighting who he did (money being the prime reason) and you guys were all over him trying to get Pacquiao up to #1 P4P.

Fight the best. No excuses, no reason to wait. He has no reason to fight David Diaz. He could even fight Valero and it would make more sense.

I don't have problem with that Bruh . . . my problem here is that some desparate quarters are trying to picture out as if Arum and Pac is avoiding "the best opposition" if he doesn't fight Guzman. :D

JMM, Juan Diaz, David Diaz, or Katsidis are the best opponents out there with a bigger money.

Who is Guzman? A fighter who has a boring fighting style and who is desperate to join the elite list.

Even if this guy get all those belts at 130 with his fighting style you won't call him an elite. :yep

i feel your sentiments but grandpa arum has a say on this.
and the arrow points to either jmm or d diaz.
as i said, pac fans welcome jmm, guzman or juan diaz. pac needs to cement his climbing status :good

If Guzman wants the fight, he should fight as regularly as possible, knocking everyone else out of the way.
