I certainly do. I love the show, its great for boxing, etc.. but I see its limitations and I see a day very soon that Im bored with it. My biggest criticism is simple, the show is only as good as its participants, and it hits a point of diminishing return very quickly in regards to its entertainment value with fighters. How many times can we all hear about Floyds family problems? I for one, have already tired of it. How many times can we all hear Ricky Hatton yell, "Ha, ha, ha.... ah, ah, haah, haaah" while hitting the body shield? Ironicaly enough, I think Roger Mayweather is now carrying the show. But what happens when we dont have classics like, "Why Bill Gates still make them ****en computers.. Huh ?(*looks at camera man like he expects an answer). On a serious note, its a great show. But its a limited show. It needs new angles, new fighters, different twists.. or I see its shelf life being very limited.
It does what it is suppose to do,get people to want to buy the fight who are not hardcore boxing fans and it does it well, even my gf wants to watch now(she can do so in another room though!). My only gripe is why no subtitles when the mumbler speaks?I have to keep pause and rewind to understand him!!
they need to find an angle on how to get characters like floyd sr., mayorga, toney, norman stone etc..... over there then lock them all up in one room.
Actually I find the behind the scenes, and the personality of the different fighters and their respective staff members, one of the most compelling parts of boxing. The lifestyle of a fighter, is far more complex than a 12 round fight, and to see how these guys at the top go about their daily routines, is always good to watch. Its just too bad we didnt get to see Tyson 24/7, because that would have been some great entertaiment.
Roger carried the Muh****ing show.. see.. Roger did threaten Ricky.. "I see you soon......... MOhta****AH!" :rofl
It's a well produced sugar topped show that I enjoyed watching. By the 3rd epsiode it did get repetitive but, the music, some of the camera shots, and the photographs (at the end credits) were fantastic.
Love the show. They just need to do it for more of the PPV's so they cover the top guys and diversify some. Not Sure what their production costs are, but surely they can find a reasonable way of adding coverage like this to more PPV events. It was cool for Barerra vs pacquiao and Cotto vs SSM also. How long can one hear the Money Mayweather Machine Dream stories? Not all that long for sure:nono
I think it's a great show. I've seen their fights so no need for a highlight reel. So the behind the scenes look is really great.
