I had Brook around 14, so he takes his spot.

Me either. Had he dominated Brook, yeah he would have entered mine, but a different set of judges very well could of had Brook ahead at the time he quit. Props to Spence, he showed heart, will and determination, but he also showed he was human. It was a back and forth fight, and in my opinion Brook isn't on the level of a Kovalev, Ward, Lomachenko, Crawford etc. Spence still has a bit of work to do. If he beats Thurman, or destroys Garcia, I will probably have him in my top 10.

he is edging top 10 based off his performances. thurman puts him prob 7th or 8th, problem is with thurmans shoulder the fight wont happen til end of 2017 start of 2018, pac holds the other belt ( WBO ) so after the horn fight spence could make that fight happen and get a shot at being undisputed against thurman start of next year

I don't see either of them fighting Spence Jr. Thurman will talk but he won't fight him. I think Spence KOs him too. Pacquiao doesn't need to prove anything at this point. He's on his farewell tour.

nah i think thurman will tbh, especially if the belts are on the line up sure spence is prob a mandatory now right ?

as for pac im fine with him fighting jeff horns til he hangs them up but if so he needs to drop the belt

I give Thurman more of a chance after seeing Spence's telegraphed, slow jab get countered all night, and also how hittable Spence is.

I heard that clown comparing Spence to Curtis Cokes & Donald Curry two great Texas welterweight champions. Its too early for that give him time The
D/Ft Worth area bred some good ones

Spence did a good job tonight and showed that he has great resilience. However, I was not overly impressed and think he is a bit over hyped. It Thurman hit him with some of the shots that Brook hit him with, Spence would have gone down.

Spence has proven himself to be world level for sure. Welterweight is stacked with A-tier fighters right now. However I'm not sure if any are on that elite level. I feel like Crawford beats anyone there as he's a level above. Spence can be outboxed but he has good pressure and thudding body shots. However I don't think Crawford would let Spence play to his strengths and apply that kind of pressure.

I do! He's possibly the best ww since SRR. LOL He really put a whoopin on your boy Brook. Probably ended your hero's career! Brook had more balls than brains and he paid a price. Hopefully he comes back 100% and carries on to 154 to do some damage. As long as Spence is at 147, Brook must stay outta there!

See but Brook is pretty awkward in how he throws some of his shots, like the uppercut. Thurman is more predictable in his offense, I think Spence would be able to figure him out and I don't think he'll get hit nearly as often. Sorry, I am a bit biased against Thurman, to me he gets by on his athleticism more than his boxing.

NO.....................I think Thurman will beat Spence, but he has surgery, so Spence should fight Porter, think Porter will beat him also. Spence is not the greatest welterweight in boxing history, no where near it. I was disappointed..............Tommy Hearns would have knocked him out, so would Leonard, Benitez, Duran, you name it. Brook is finished, Golovkin destroyed his entire career.............
