Honestly same here, never cared much for him but after his loss I've found myself supporting him.

After last weekend, Khan, haye, and Froch is all British fight fans have left.

And im convinced Haye will get smashed by klitschko, which leaves only Froch and Khan. Froch will also lose soon IMO, he was losing to taylor until the very last second, he has no few skills.

Khan is the only one among these 3 that has talent and can carry British boxing.

No, he is the only one of those 3 who has a glass jaw.
well some say Haye has ,but not on khans level.
I still think about him doing the chicken dance after being sparked by prescott.
    You must be a comedian.

Khan would get more support if he didnt get these type of do-gooders writing these things about him.
"ooooh we have to realise its the 70s anymore" says the bearded ,tweed jacket wearing geography teacher.

Then Harriet Harman pops up and states anymore who doesnt support amir khan will get imprisoned. :deal

I'm not british, but i quite like the guy, he's trying to step up his opposition, he's got great speed and skills. I'm not gonna say he'll be a p4p champ, cos of his dodgy chin, but i'm sure he'll do well for himself..

I'm a fan cos the kid's talented and trains hard. Ok he has a weak chin but Saturday's performance shows that with Roach behind him his potential will be fully realised at whatever level that may be

To throw out a hypothetical, and what if he wins the WBA title, will you still hate him?

Picking off easy fights like Prescott and Barrera? Khan is way ahead of what Hatton was when he was Khans age.

Its frightening how good Khan can become under Freddie Roach.......remember Pacquiao had been knocked out twice and was very raw before he was trained by Freddie Roach.

For hype see Ricky Hatton a fighter who has never beaten a world class fighter in his prime.

Barrera WAS an easy fight, and Prescott was supposed to be. Add to that a complete lack of respect for many of his opponents and I think he is an absolute tosser when he's achieved very little of note in the pro ranks.

How much of that is him, and how much of that is the people behind him, I don't know. He's got great attributes, a big heart and made 100% the right decision after Prescott. I like him as a boxer, and there are signs his career is going the right way now. When he loses the chip on his shoulder and grows up then my opinion of him will probably change.

Hopefully he'll learn not just how to win, but also how to be a winner from Pacquaio.

Prescott is unbeaten with a decent KO record and now gets to fight for the world lightweight title.Prescott was no bum and you can be sure Hatton would not have been in with a fighter like Prescott in his 20th pro fight.

All the experts on the boxing forums had Barrera to beat the **** out of Khan before KHTFO.

There is no doubt that the hatred of Khan is down to racist undertones.
