OK, i'm not that good in english so please be indulgent(still trying to find a french boxing site that matches ESB). ANyone being tired of people never giving credit to a fighter who beat their "home boy" fighter? I know there is a natural part of nationalism in every one of us but i find really annoying all those "Ricans quiters", english drunk, racist Yank, my boy's been robbed, you guys dont know how to fight, we are better than you, you guys have no heart" and so on...I'm often having trouble with my own country man (canada) because i dont think, for example, that Diaconu or Pascal aren't that good. I don't care where the're from!! I just cant say they are or would be good enough to match with elite fighter. AM i betraying my country for that (even if Diaconu being "Roumain")? Cant we just talk about boxing, not flags?
    WHat do you think?

I love the sport, and as such am not a fan of any fighter (no top-class fighter anyway)

I'm as objective as they come.

I love my boxing and yes if a british fighter is fighting against a top quality operator then I let my heart rule my head.

True boxing fan, perhaps I haven't been able to test my patriotic side since Sweden never produces anything big in boxing

I'm sure I would ride on Ingemar Johansson's bandwagon had he been fighting in these days :hat

    i love boxing:happy

its natural everyone tends to get nationalistic but thats how fans are, and why there are always national anthems in every major fight. Its all about national pride.

I can live with that. As long as there is not **** talk about other fighters only because the're based elsewhere.
