If I remember correctly, the "bad socks" fight was the 1st Marquez fight. Marquez kept turning him creating blisters on Pacquiao's feet which Pacquiao say's were due to bad socks. LOL!

The first Morales fight Pacquiao blames on two things...
    1. Morales insisting both wear "Winning gloves" Pacquiao was'nt allowed to wear his preffered Cleto Reyes, and.......
    2. The commission extracted blood from Pacquiao a few days before the fight to test for diseases like HIV and Hepatitis. According to Pacquiao, drawing blood from him just days to the fight made him feel weak during the fight.

I could have sworn he uses the bad socks excuse with Morales the first time around.

Oh, of course, but time machines aren't real, we're stuck with this Manny, which is still a damn good fighter, and still capable of performing well against other Top 15 fighters, not sure how many of them he can out and out beat, he needs to retire, there's nothing let to prove, I thought he legit lost to Horn, I picked Horn to beat, and if he signs on for a rematch, I'll pick Horn again, Horn can improve on his last outing, not sure how much many can.

He looked shot against horn. Still if he fought Horn anywhere else he'd beat him.

Pac did not look shot against Horn, he beat the hell out of Horn! The referee almost stopped the fight! However, it so appears that Bob Arum told the judges to give the decision to Horn. Horn can't fight at all! Yes, I miss Pac, of course I miss him!

Think both he and FMJ should have retired after their fight.

Complete bull****. Pac offered Marquez a mandatory challenge immediately after the defining victory of his entire career. Marquez was the most avoided fighter in the sport at that time. Nobody wanted to fight him because he was high risk and low reward. But Pac didn't subscribe to that nonsense. He's unique and unlike the 99.98% of other fighters out there right now, He fights the best, at their best, whenever, wherever and goes at them full head of steam straight on. After the Marquez fight he had a stay busy fight against the #4 ranked fighter in the world and destroyed him with ease. It's crazy how dominant Pac was at 126 pounds. IMO the best 126 pounder to ever fight in the Television era.

Immediately after that Marquez continued his toiling at 126 pounds for pennies because nobody cared to see him fight except for Pac. Because Pac was the man people wanted to see. The greatest entertainer since Michael Jordan. Meanwhile Pacquiao went up to 130 pounds to fight Morales. Marquez didn't move up to 130 until later and then had to get in line and wait for Pac to finish his rivalry with Morales.

    Pac is boss.
