Close poll and good discussions... Ive come to the conclusion that 1 more good victory will def have him in there in 90% of peoples view... As high as 6 depending on the opponent and how good the victory is...

Some already have him in the Top 10 which i think is fair enough

Mijares beat WBC holder Kawashima twice, smoked (former WBO,WBA champ) Arce, and unified against WBA champ Munoz... he was a known product...

i think we underestimated vic a little

what the **** do you tihnk is my point? you have to judge a fighter by all his fights, not just his wins and not just his losses. Darchinyan has some incredibly great wins and at the same time he was comprehensively destroyed by Donaire 12 months ago and drew against Gorres 9 months ago. Does that not count for anything?

you can't compare the 2 losses. Margarito lost a very close fight. Darchinyan vs Donaire was not close. Donaire vs Darchinyan had 2 close rounds where not much was landed by either fighter, those rounds could have gone either way.. The rest was all dominated by Donaire.

And Vic also has a draw to Gorres, about 9 months ago

it sounds like you only care about the loss though..

jm marquez #2 got beat in his fight before last #4 hopkins got beat this year.. marquez and vazquez just beat each other #9 cotto just lost, and mijares just got beat

thats 6 current top ten fighters that has lost within the last two years.. so yes, if the loss does count for something he is only going to be in the bottom ten but vic is a two-division world champ and just unified the higher division in only his 4th fight by a KO over a the #7 P4P and the best fighter near his weight.... that would always merrit a top 10 P4P

Donaire although he has less fights hasn't been beaten in his last three fights. That includes his stunning victory against Darchi. To be fair, why not include him in the top 10 PxP.
