Vitali throws much more punches than Wlad, Vitali can also counter punch Haye, when he throws his hayemakers and gets off balance. It will be a clear UD or a late TKO. Vitali will win this fight impressively than his little bro.
Sometimes I think Vitali and Wlad view Haye as more like a comical type figure now. They refer to him as a "little barking dog" that has called out Vitali in the past but when he was offered the chance to fight him he declined (which is true) However, looking at this video, watch how serious Vitali looks when Haye is talking. While in the past he laughs when Haye's name is mentioned, he looks like he wants to eat him alive here. Around the 5-9 second mark: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FaqAb9cXd8
They view Haye as a way of getting a ****ing massive payday that no else in the HW division provides. That's why Vitali wants/wanted to fight him.
Tyson Fury is starting to talk/hype as much as Haye does. If Vitali retired and didn't fight Haye, and Fury won the WBC title and continued to call out Haye then that would make for a big "money making" fight. However, Haye says he doesn't want to fight him. What you basically mean is that the bull**** talkers and hype jobs create more revenue. It's true.
Even though Haye comes across as an *******, I believe he has no genuine animosity/dislike for the Klitschko brothers. He knows that's where the money lies and will pester them until he can get another fight.

I don't like David, but I think that he will now win the fight by SD or MD. Earlier, he'd have had little chance, maybe even quitting under intense pressure. I expect that it will be mostly boring, but that the decision will be controversial in the eyes of Vitali supporters and some neutrals. In the eyes of two judges, David will do enough by pot-shotting his way to a win over a notably slower Vitali, who pursues him for 12 rounds. No KDs, though Vitali may get cut or moused.
What I mean is that getting on Sky PPV in this country is where the money is. For the population of the countries PPV, sales in Britain > PPV sales in the US. Rightly or wrongly, Haye is probably the most household name of all boxers in Britain, and a fight with Vitali broadcast on Sky PPV is absolutely MEGA £$£$£$£, hence why Vitali started calling out Haye once Wlad had finished with him. That was one of the biggest causes of dispute in the Haye vs Wlad negotiations - Haye said Wlad should keep his TV money from RTL and he would keep his TV money from Sky. Wlad wanted 50% of the Sky money or no fight because he knows how much that is. It's always about the money.
At the end of the day, they're all smart, level headed businessmen. I'm sure they get on fine as long as they're not sat at the negotiating. Wlad knew that Haye would play the mouthy bad guy in the build up to their fight, he would play the good guy, the public would eat it up and they'd make £millions together. It staggers me that people really buy into this 'hatred' stuff.
the main point in this discussion is that the longer it takes to make this fight the greater the chance that haye will win. Vitali has, as many have already pointed out, clearly lost a step or two lately and is only going to decline further as time passes. If the fight happened very soon i would give haye a chance for that reason but if it happens at the end of the year or early 2014 i feel he would edge into the position of favourite in my eyes. I like Haye but i would hate to see him beat a shell of vitali for whom i have a great deal more respect, so if its going to happen i hope it happens soon.
