Do you really think Cotto has a chance against Pac?

I would favour Pacquiao, the thing is everytime he moves up and fights bigger guys..you worry about the power of his opponent, but he gets such an advantage in speed every time. That is the key..its difficult to ignore.

I think Cotto would be relying on timing a good shot, to the body perhaps. I think he'd find it hard to pin down Pacquiao and enforce his will, so he would really have to time things perfectly.

Still manny would give him fits. For some strange reason cotto seemed to put his foot off the gas when attacking clotty but cotto did seem to hurt josh with some counters **** he dropped him with a jab...clotty did admit he worried about being countered maybe clotty felt something he didn't like. I dunno but cotto looked very un cotto like...could have been the enticement pac and roach needed in order to sign a fight with the apparently and somewhat shot cotto.

Cotto definitely has a chance in this fight.

Cotto's bigger and stronger than Pac

Unless Pac is all over him for 3:00/round, Cotto's great timing should allow him to land shots
fairly consistently on Pac, unlike ODLH and RH

    Cotto can take some punishment

Could Pac dominate the fight? Yes, with his speed. But Miguel can take some shots, as the Clottey and Margo fights showed. So, even if Cotto's getting hit a good deal and out-speeded, he still should be able to land some crunching blows on Pac.

And if Pac can't handle Cotto's power (which is very good), then Pac's going down.

I favor Pac, but a Cotto KO win would not shock me.

Cotto's not my favorite fighter ever but you can't degrade his skill set. He has the tools to defeat Pac, as well as the size. This isn't a shot, weight-drained ODLH scenario.

Paul I sorta feel cotto is the victim of ill fate combine that with how tough and skilled clotty is and u get the fight we saw saturday. I'm still left with so many questions unanswered I think cotto made clotty uncomfortable with his power but clottey sure showed how sharp he can be.
