And he never flat out rejected the blood testing, only showed concern over the possbility of drawing blood too close to the fight. Only thing blood testing can detect that urine testing can't is HGH. If Pac used HGH, it would show up in the post fight blood testing.

In short, Pac agreed to the blood testing but with a cutoff date.
