Of course he cheated.

You don't go from getting the biggest win of your career, get caught in your NEXT fight for having concrete, then get the biggest beating/loss of your career against a shot former Lightweight.

Not only that, he went 1-3 after the concrete scandal, getting the biggest beatings of his lifetime, including to the same man that he ruined.

The man is a cheater and a scumbag, even his own wife didn't respect him. She left him and had a baby with Margarito's cousin.. LMFAO.. karma's a *****, man.

 

iv boxed for years now and had 1 amateur fight. i just came back from japan where i visited ohashi boxing gym and even trained there on a free day. met mr ohashi himself, he introduced me to akira yeagashi and a few other up and comers (there names escape me) but i was shattered that i missed meeting my fav fighter inoue by 1 day though ohashi put me on the phone to him which was awkward as i speak very little japanese and same with inoue for english

look at it this way, a person from the opponents team and an official have to sit in front of him while he wraps his hands. Do you think itd be possible? Also idk how to post pictures on here but Cottos face even after the second fight with a shot Margarito looked busted up and Pacquiao was put in the fetal position for a whole day after the Margarito fight. People like to point out that after the incident he went 1-3 but thats because his comp stepped up. You cant compare guys like Cintron to guys like Pac, even befire the hand wrap incident he had lost to williams

Yes it does make sense. If he tried to cheat against Mosley in a fight promoted as a tune-up/stay-active fight, then he sure as hell will cheat in other fights especially the Cotto fight where it was publicly promoted as his last chance at glory and against an undefeated Puerto Rican with Chavez Sr. in attendance.

 

It was apparently over money and Bouie's son. Bernard had a real issue with Bouie's son from what I read.

Sad story of a fallout, Fisher helped Hopkins out when Hopkins got fired from a dishwasher job when the employer found out about his past.

Hopkins doesn't exactly have the best track record when it comes to things like this. The Lou DiBella fallout was especially ugly.

 

One of Margarito's sparring partners, Rashad Hollaway, swears that Margarito had loaded up his wraps during one of their sparring sessions.
