Usyk is a better boxer than Fury but will always look human at heavyweight.

I recall the same nonsense before Usyk schooled AJ twice.

Personally I think their first fight will be close, but Usyk ultimately gets a UD/SD. The second fight will most likely be a late TKO by Usyk.

Fury is getting slower, and his last couple of fights have shown the cracks starting to appear.

    Second fight? LOL

Fury is going to UD Usyk, win the undisputed title, and then retire with all of the belts.

I do. I'll readily admit though that I am a bigger fan of Usyk than I am of Fury. Plus I'm a sucker for a good underdog story.

But even going on more than just personal feelings, I absolutely feel like it's a strong possibility. Fury is an extremely talented boxer and I always love watching him perform. His last four performances against Wilder, Whyte and Chisora were great, but their fighting styles could not be more dissimilar to Usyk's, so he's not gonna be able to employ the same tactics that were successful against them. He's gonna have to use some tools he ain't used in a long time. We've seen Fury face styles like Usyk's before and he had difficulties then, and some will dismiss those by saying they were a long time ago and Usyk is getting older, etc etc. But that's the point; a lot of people are concerned about Usyk being aged out, but Fury ain't exactly a spring chicken either and he's about that age where the years of abuse start to catch up to you, and older and slower or not, Usyk is still ten times better than anyone of a similar style Fury has faced.

All that said, this is a winnable fight for Fury as well. I said it's been a long time since Fury faced anyone like Usyk, and the same is true for Usyk. When was the last time Usyk faced a guy who had him in height, weight and reach by such large margins, and also knew how to use those advantages to their full potential? Just like Usyk isn't gonna fight like Wilder/Whyte/Chisora, Fury ain't gonna fight like Chisora/AJ/Dubois.

That's one of the reasons why this fight is so perfect for Undisputed. Both guys are unbeaten, extremely talented and they're gonna be facing styles and talent levels we haven't seen them up against in a long time, if at all. This is the type of stuff undisputed fights are meant to be! :ggg

I'm backing Usyk to win 100%, but so long as the fight happens I'll be happy.

Usyk's key to victory is his slightly quicker feet, box and move for 12 rounds, which isn't really his style. Usyk at heart is actually a pressure fighter which doesn't work at HW. He does slow mid bout onwards. Usyk can't fight going backwards either which is something nobody really talks about, not that it's a concern because he has enough composure to maintain his lateral movement and move around these giants.

Fury will put his weight on him slow him down and crush him. It's that simple. People will complain about Fury's clinching but that's HW boxing...

Usyk should really try to slim down and use his feet. That bulky thing that fought AJ is not the man to beat Fury.

I've seen the peak of Usyk's game. I don't think he has another level that is required. He will look great early but Fury will grind him down.

Fury however has a special gift of finding even more magic when he needs it. He can obliterate Usyk if he comes zoned in.

You know them little cute feints Usyk throws? his little twirly lead hand to the body? You think Fury is going to take notice? You think that feint even works against Fury? It doesn't. You think Usyk's shoulder down shell clinch defence works against Fury? It doesn't. You think he has enough pop to stop titan Fury should Fury choose to turn into a bulldozer?..nope.
you think the referee is going to help Usyk when he gets upset by Fury manhandling him in close? nope.

The only thing in this fight is how well Fury can establish his long range offence. Can he do it out of the gate or does he need to impose himself on Usyk a little.

Fury does fight like a big man and has a very good gas tank. Usyk definitely moves far better than the Fury we have seen in the last fights. Should be a cracker, can’t wait. May the best man win

Y'know I was gonna ask why half naked, but in the midst of that I realized boxers are half naked when they fight anyways, so that part is a given.

Unless you mean in a street fight, which yeah, I'd prolly bet on Fury to beat them all. You never bet against the gyspy in a street fight, unless he's fighting another gypsy. Which he often is

I think usyk will make a decent account of himself, but a good big man beats a good little man and this will hold true

    Fury will win this fight

Usyk should outscore Fury, as the chances of him knocking him out are non-existent. As always in the clinch, Fury would use his size and weight to wear down Usyk. I have no doubt that both of them would have a good gameplan.
Usyk has never fought a boxer like Fury. Fury fought against various boxers, but none similar to Usyk. In this comparison I give the advantage to Fury.
And in the global I favor Fury.
