Floyd will - and should - call the shots.
If Mayweather does wants the fight - then it will get made IMO.
Floyd is so far the A-side that if he wants it, make it.
Not sure there are any excuses for either side anymore.

if it is showtime alone, they would want the last two fights of floyd under his contract to be pacquiao and a rematch. But we all know that floyd would rather preserve his health and fight khan and alexander.

i think yes showtime can make floyd fight pac, i cant imagine showtime committed to a contract where mayweather can choose his opponents with absolutely no scrutiny from showtime
