The only controversy in this fight was how a judge had Mayorga ahead. Other than that, the controversy is limited to a few posters who either a.) never learned how to score a fight or b.) want to stir up the pot

I was at the fight, I had mosley ahead 7-4 before the 12th round. Its good he got the knock out because you never know with the judges. Mayorga was the aggressor at the beginning but never landed many solid shots. I think if he didn't not him out mosley would of won be maybe 3 points.

 

Thank you. Can't understand how anybody had Mayorga ahead or failed to see that he was out. That last hook put the Yorg all the way into lala land.

I say the same thing every time the Chavez v taylor argument comes up. you have until the end of the fight to stop your opponent. If the we had 2:59 rounds instead of 3:00 rounds Mayorga would not have lost by KO but that is simply not the way it is.

 

Mayorga was Ko'd but ol Mosley sure seems seems "juiced" (Pun intended:yep) in the later rounds compared to his younger opponents; and all while boss Scheafer smugly sits by all confident and relaxed.
