Do you see Teofimo Lopez pulling off another surprise win against Josh Taylor?

This is a very good fight between world class but not elite guys.

Taylor was considered as the top 140 guy when he beat Ramirez and became undisputed. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore now that he's been stripped and had an off night performance against Caterall. Whose to say that Taylor wouldn't be able to do much better and beat Caterall more convincingly had they followed through with the rematch? Can't really say that he's damaged goods after only one bad performance. Crazy to see how much Josh Taylor's rep has dropped over time after the Caterall fight.

I still think that should Teo beat Taylor it will help elevate his standing as a top fighter.

No. Unless Taylor is shot or tight at the weight he wins.

Lopez had one good night against a guy half his size, his whole reputation is built on that.

If Teofimo wins this one then the Teoshow is back in business. Former undisputed lightweight champion. Lineal jr welterweight champion. It's a hell of a resume. Surely he can get himself involved in a good fight if he wins this one. Probably a scrap vs Ryan Garcia will take place then.

Taylor should win pretty handily if he comes in healthy. I know Teo has looked like crap recently but I wouldn’t rule him out if the Catterall version of Taylor shows up. Rooting for Taylor though.

I see it as a 50/50 fight between two unlikable fighters. I'll root for Lopez since Lopez vs Prograis would be a great fight here in the US.

Lopez has now beaten 2 highly regarded fighters. Gotta give him his props. The Takeover is back. He’s certainly a talented fighter, he just needs to keep his focus.

100% agree. He's a different fighter when he thinks and boxes, even in rd 1 you could see it was a different Lopez because he wasn't just going in there throwing bombs. Took his time, looked to counter when he does that he's a hard man to beat because he is so athletic and an effective counter puncher.

Yep. How many fighters in boxing today can say that by age 25, they already had 2 standout elite wins like Lomachenko and Josh Taylor?

Low-key one of the best fighters and resumes in the sport.
