Froch was never a huge one punch knockout guy. He was just a tough guy who whom you don't want to get into repeated exchanges with. But as for boxing skills he is very limited. Has no defense or inside game. Froch basically can only beat you at the range he is used to. Anything different and he is easily neutralized. Same with Kessler and Abe.
