Well, then no problem. Put them both in the ring. I want to know what happens to ngannou if he receives 1000 punches in a 12 round fight. If he dies, he dies.
Yes, perfect! even better. Put them both together in the ring! I want to know what happens when a non-boxer recieves 1000 punches in 12 rounds. Please, 12, not 10, 12 roudns. I want the whole pack.
Perfect, let's do it. Glad to know that we agree. I want to see ngannou vs zhang, wilder, joyce and usyk. I hope we can see all that. As I said, if he dies, he dies, not our problem.
Sure. I'd love to see how an in shape motivated Fury would look like against Ngannou. That would be the logical fight for him once Usyk beats him 2 in a row.
If Ngannou had managed to get the nod over Fury, then Tyson Fury would definitely have been looking for a rematch! As it stands, Tyson Fury has the win over Francis Ngannou on his record and should probably just leave it alone. I have no desire to see a rematch.
Another good example, Shay. I was just thinking, to have made these examples even more definitive and complete, wouldn't it have been good if both Frazier & Norton had fought each other too?. I've always wondered who would have won out of these two.
Fury isn't making the same mistake twice. He'd box properly in a rematch even though his arms are ailing and make easy work of it. Wouldn't KO him though.
For whatever my opinion is worth, I strongly believe that Joe Frazier would have beaten Ken Norton head to head. But THAT would have been a very interesting fight, and it could have answered a couple questions I have always had about those two!
Interesting replies, thank you. Personally, I had no interest in the first fight. Or a rematch. I'm not against gimmick fights per se. But only AFTER a boxer has already done everything they need to do in the ring first. A bit like Mayweather \ McGregor, which didn't really have any consequences for the wider division or any other potential Floyd opponent. But Fury still has a lot to do in that respect - maybe ironically more than ever after that terrible first Ngannou fight.
Joshua's win obviated any need for a Fury-Ngannou rematch. If Fury gets past Usyk then the fight to make is with Joshua.
