Do you think Anthony Joshua would be a top 10 heavyweight boxer if he competed in the 1970s?

So a Prime 5'9" Tyson would not destroy this average lot of Heavyweights at the moment...I don't think so....Prime Foreman destroys this lot also.!!!

One punch from Joshua is more powerful than a full round of Ali's.

Frazier could have made lhw if he got under 10% body fat.

Under 10% body fat? This is boxing, not bodybuilding.

Joe Frazier would've been a hell of a cruiserweight though!

AJ could not take the shots Ali hit Foreman with and he couldn`t take the punishment Frazier took in Manilla or the first fight he had with AAli, just how weak do you think Ali`s best shots were? Ali was not considered a weak puncher by commentators that were around during his heyday.

I think AJ`s hand speed a bit quicker than Arnie`s mate.

Time will tell; hopefully we see him prove or disprove it against Fury.

Frazier`s weight wasn`t far of Wilder`s weight v Fury and there`s no way Wilder could have taken the hook Frazier floored Ali with, plus he`d be wide open to it because he`s so stationary after punching.

I`d say he`ll land a few more punches on Fury than Arnie would have!

If Frazier did modern weight training boxers do he`d be heavier.

If Fury was around in the 80's, no doubt he'd wind up starring as one of the villains in one of Arnie's movies.

Only wth the day before weigh ins & rehydration. He was likely a little over the LHW limit if he had zero body fat.

I'm by no means a fan of Joshua, but he'd be top 10 with ease, top 5 I'd say.
You'd just have to look at how much bigger he is compared to the rest.

Apart from Foreman and Lyle, nobody can brawl it out with him.
And Ali is the only one that stands a chance of out-pointing him. I'm not counting Holmes, cause he's an 80's boxer as far as I'm concerned.
