    When You Have Boxers Being Promoters Like Dlh & B-hop & Mayweather Following The Trend Is There More Of A Chance Of Fight Fixing? Whats Your Views On This Subject?

    It is a thought. Not only for something underhanded, but a fighter-promoter can rob more deserving boxers of a big fight, and the fans of something competitive. We're having DeLaHoya-Mayweather II shoved down our throats when Cotto-Mayweather would be so much more interesting. We've got Bernard Hopkins , who is the linear Lght -Heavyweight champ putting the title on ice while he negotiates a perfect oppertunity for himself. I wonder if all this would be happening if DLH and B-Hop weren't promoters.

    great topic,

    another conflict of interest could be how active promoter and fighter oscar dela hoya is now the owner of the ring magazine!

    that could jeopordize arguably the only legitamite title body and sole american magaizin in boxing.
