This thread ruined my week

 

Gutted for Burns IF this fight is indeed off.

 

Ricky is too nice for his own good. He needs to leave Fat frank now before his career is wasted and he's left with unfulfilled dreams. As soon as it is confirmed that the right is off then my boxnation subscription is being cancelled and it will never be renewed.

 

Robin "Rattenfanger" Krasniqi is good, I wouldnt be the least bit surprised if he beats Clev

 

The sad fact remains that even if this fight does happen (Unlikely as it is) Uncle Frank has conned the paying public and William and Ricky dare I suggest, into thinking this was a done deal and made people spend money, its a rip off and tyranny pure and simple.

No doubt Frank will find a legal loophole somewhere and sod all will be done about it but it has to be spoken about and made aware.

Im gonna be absolutely raging if this fight doesn't happen, me and a couple of lads from Liverpool have bought tickets and were meeting up with 7 of our mates from Glasgow who are coming down. None of us were arsed about the undercard, should have known better with fish eyes being involved, discraceful!

 

I think Burns could crossover and become a star if he went matchroom, if he kept winning

 

I think its there's good 50/50 chance of that being the case.

 

Dosen't need to be Matchroom, anybody that could be bothered to actually promote him will do, Hennessy wouldn't be a bad choice, mainstream exposure with Ricky's easy going personality could work out well.

 

He is nice and that's why he needs strong guidance from his team. Groves and Booth didn't mess about, they saw the bull**** going on and they got out of there. Unfortunately Burns' lot seem a bit dim and probably buy all the lies they are fed. Either that or they keep quiet out of fear of upsetting the promoter.

But surely there comes a time when Burns and co will have to face the reality that they would be far better off elsewhere.

 

the thing is in scotland it not that hard especially in central region he gets fairly decent press anyway and if he is fighting on skysports and fighting in Glasgow in 10,000 seater Arenas giving the right fights they would not really have to bother about England
