    He could have gone down the Bute route (hey, that rhymes!) when he got the title.

    Or the Calzaghe route, I mean he was the original.

    For some reason I've pronounced it like Boo-Tay.

    What is the correct pronounciation? I have learned to love Koji over Keiji Sato, maybe I should be calling the Romanian dodger 'Boot' from now on :lol:

    He would have taken the fights anyway,he is a fighter who wants to prove he is the best.He has taken the chances for big fights when they have come his way because I dont think he would be comfortable retiring knowing he did not fight the best guys of his era.
    I think he has made enough of a name for himself now to stop the comparisons to Joe,they are both good fighters but Carl`s career really picked up just a little too late for the big domestic dust up.Joe had earned his retirement and Carl has filled the gap left with ease.
