Wolak is a very risky fight for Chvez, and could risk him losing out on big money bouts next year.

With Gomez they had a small welterweight who was bowing himself up.

All of sudden it was Wolak, a dangerous fighter with KO power.

Do you think they realised the risk and pulled him out.

And Duddy wasn't dangerous with KO power?

To be fair, if any fighter considers John Duddy dangerous, they should realise they don't have a future at the top level. Also, I haven't seen any evidence he has ko power.

I think Jr probably did have some "flu-like symptoms" but I think he saw a way out and took it. I'm sure other fighters have battled through a lot worse not to drop out of a fight.

CHavez is ****ing spoiled wibster, having his position thanks to his daddy

He is talented but he has always easier, always with strong back up so he have chosen this easy path.

But easy paths very often leads nowwhere , hard right to the top

His choice, he is still young, can learn a lot

    Arum is now a teacher:):)

here is what Wolak has to say. It's not the first time Chavez pulls out.

Poor guy(wolak). If im not mistaken didnt Chavez already pay Wolak some money to step aside in order to fight Gomez? Now that Gomez got injured Chavez withdraws...Pretty suspicious if you ask me, then again a loss to Wolak would probably ruin big money fights next year.

Just by the way Chavez fights I would have to give him the benefit of the doubt.

He also seems to get a preposterous amount of hate from this site. Try to ignore the ridiculous influx of haters that have invaded this site lately.

According to Boxrec, Wolak goes against José Pinzón on Saturday.

Jr. will not fight anything but bums. Wait till his next fight.
