Do you think David Haye will actually retire on his 31st Birthday?

I don't understand why he would need to lose over a stone to fight at heavyweight. Carrying some extra fat wouldn't impact upon his performance as much as training in a calorie deficit would I would imagine.

He has spouted this bollocks to get himself a better bargaining position. I honestly think Wlad will wreck haye anyway, i used to think otherwise but the fact haye has not been hit flush at the weight is worrying. Wlads jab will be the key to this fight, a jab will of set haye and that straight right is gonna floor haye. The 1-2 wlad has got is ****ing stellar, the nicest jab since lennox lewis without a doubt.

I think it helps to get the Klits to the negotiating table quicker and he loses by a nasty ko or something of that nature he can say well my plan was always to retire when i was 30 anyway and it makes it look less like he is retiring off a loss.

remember these guys put their lives on the line to give you your entertainment. Have some respect ffs, and if you do insist on wishing such and awful ending on haye, i would suggest you take a look at g-man or micheal watson before making such a vile comment.

Please dont take this funny, but what has that got to do with deal negotiations. If Haye wanted to he could make money by fighting body after body after body until he finally gets beat. He is after 'the extra 300k or whatever' cos there is a very big chance Wlad beats him, he wants the biggest payday possible so he can afford to retire and not worry about money for him and his family. Id call that being considered and astute.

Your mates dad (godbless him) lived beyond his means and took the cowards way out, he should of declared himself bankrupt/i.v.a and moved on with his life and built himself back up. Nowadays, many people are in this predicament but dont choose to take their lives.
