Absolutely. There are huge jitters that a lot of fighters may not be expecting and it most certainly can affect your performance. Some fighters have a tougher time adjusting than others, but it's a legitimate concern for anybody making the leap from the small stage to the big stage. Usually it only lasts a couple rounds and you either tune it out and forget there's even a large audience watching, or you thrive on it and let it feed your adrenaline.
