Yes. He fought the biggest names and top guys in his class he moved up in weight improving on his skillset the entire time.
He built a schtick that worked for him to sell himself and he capitalized and made more money than any fighter in history and was able to keep it unlike any other fighter in history.

He didn't have to "sellout" in order to pay his bills, babymamas, child support like a Tyson, Holyfield. He didn't have to go against his own people for the sake of a paycheck like Joe Louis, Sonny Liston. And his record is one of the best in the business with countless HOFers and ATGs.

He is #3 under SRR and The Greatest himself Muhammad Ali.

Top 20-30 atg. He was born in the wrong era with very good fighters, but very few great ones. And the few great ones he beat, they were either too small, too old, or both.

No. He's not top twenty for me. I do have him top thirty. I think you could maybe make a case for him in the 20, but top 5, no way.

Unless you mean appearance on film and how you think they would do h2h p4p. If you want to do that, you can make any list you like.

No but he's the greatest boxer of this era and a top 15 or top 20 ATG.

He's locked below Mayweather for me, but I'm not going back to work on Pacquiao until he's properly retired.
