Pac was not doing anything but commission urine test an outdated form of testing that guys like Shane Mosley beat for years and were labeled clean despite being dirty. Those types of test are useless for catching cheats in the steroid era of sports.:deal PBF has done random testing of both blood and urine for many fights by USADA and so have his opponents. PBF has light years more credibility than Pac does in regards to testing period end of discussion. PBF has his drug testing results released after every fight. His medical record however won't be released nor should they, and there's a difference between the two troll. Those medical records are protected under HIPAA dummy no one has to release those and they are private.
