Indeed because USADA granted him a retroactive TUE (which was never issued before for any athlete) after Mayweather used illegal IVs. Had Mayweather have a legit reason to get a TUE for an IV over 50ml he would have been in the hospital because the only circumstance that IV would EVER be allowed is in an unusual medical emergency according to USADA's own guidelines. So this whole story proved two things: Mayweather is a PED cheat and USADA is corrupt as hell.

Of course he passed his test genius because IV is used to flush the system that's why it is not allowed.

 

Im still baffled to why the news came out just before his last fight, I dont care about the peds, so what, I want to no the motive behind the timing of the news, its very strange

I find it funny that Floyd fans believe Manny took peds based on nothing more than the Mayweathers saying "he moved up to ww and was knocking everybody out. Hes on something" but then turn around and bring up how manny hasnt had any kos since moving to WW. Well which is it?
Then they turn around and claim floyds clean even though floyd was clearly and in fact caught using a known method to cover ped use, has shown very little to almost no decline past the age of 35 and has paid a lot of money and dealt exclusively with usada testing for his fights. This is far more suspicious than Manny has ever done.
I dont mind the questioning of manny or any fighters ped use but what makes me laugh is that floyd fans treat him like hes holier than though and couldnt possibly have cheated in any way shape or form but theyre quikc to accuse any and everyone else. I mean come on lol! I find it very easy to believe that floyd has doped for atleast the last 5 to 10 years.
