I think you've hit the nail on the head.

Haye is only in it for the money, hence the Harrison and Chisora fights. Plus the fact he isn't willing to fight any live opponent outside of the Klitschko's where the best money will be made.

He could have been a GOAT salesman, actually he is.

 

I think he genuinely thought that he could beat Wlad. I think he thought he would land something on Wlad in those 12 rounds that would have him in major trouble.

I suspected he never really wanted the Vitali bout, but now that he is slowing down considerably...I think Haye believes he can pull off the victory.

As bright and funny as Haye is, he doesn't seem to understand that chasing Vitali is not going to redeem him. Even if he gets Vitali in the ring and pulls it off, it proves very little because Vitali is like 2 1/2 years (or much more) out of his prime. The way to satisfy the fans is to rematch Wladimir and take alot more chances. Before that happens, he should take on live contenders. Take some fights against guys his size. The likes of Povetkin and Adamek.

 

Sick of hearing about Povetkin. The guy won't fight anyone who could possibly hurt him.

Are you an idiot? Klitschko 1 dominated him and made Haye his *****. Haye has done nothing to warrant a fight with Klit 2 or a rematch with Klit 1. Keep in mind that Haye is straight up dodging a fight with Klit 2 in Ukraine for unknown reasons. Anything he says - he's a crybaby trashcan. Great skills, but zero heart.

I wish Haye and Amir Khan could swap defensive skills. Khan has all the heart in the world and some offensive skills, but no defense or chin. Sad to see that much heart go to waste.
