Holyfield was robbed, but it's important to remember that this was a guy who looked pretty ineffectual against Ibragimov. Maybe if Arreola comes to the fight an obese 250 then Holyfield has a shot.
I never doubt Holyfield's chances. He may not be as good as he once was, but he still has heart and skills. And yes, he was robbed against Valuev. I put in my petition already. Anybody else do the same?
Not sure, doubt it but never count out Holyfield....while he is still breathing the man can fight anybody.
i respect holyfields greatness but i dont see any way he would beat arreola. im not on the chris arreola hype train but holyfield doesnt have the gas to make this a boxing match and arreola got some seriously heavy hands
I would never rule Holyfield out, but i would favor Arreola more. They both like to slug it out, and go toe to toe. However i think the younger, more stronger brawler has the edge here...
if the 2003 version of toney made him quit, then think what a young motivated power puncher would do to him. arreola either ko's him or makes him quit inside of eight rounds.
Good point. I'd like to say he could but that would be having to stay sharp all night. He is going to have to trade and some point and he probably won't be able to keep pace the whole night.
well ibragimov had won almost 10 to 9 rounds and just gave evander some elbow room so he didnt swarm in the later rounds. almost gave them a way...ibragimov looked a very solid technician in there against him. it wasnt totally onesided tho.
