He actually had a tire mounted to the top of a heavy bag at a bout head level.

That is seriously deep Kid. I like it very much.

Kinda like the sound of one head trying to butt without another head to receive the butt.

You would only here “Whoosh, whoosh” but no, ultimately satisfying, skull cracking sound.

But you and I know that we’re both in those woods also, so please cut that delicious pork sandwich and give me half.

I brought a 6 pack of beers along too, btw. Yes, I’ll share but not until I’ll get my half sandwich.

Whoa, I just saw Evander, in his birthday suit, running behind some trees, launching his head every which way, like a crazy man.

Did God approve this type of behaviour?

Why is Mike Tyson always brought up as a false apology for Evander?

Holyfield butted other fighters, not just Tyson.

Mike’s always the “go to diluter” when it comes to the highlighting of Holyfield’s OWN, blatant infractions.

To name one, Vander nutted Dokes and punched him in the nuts as the same time.

    That was absolutely nutz.

But, tbh, Vander was purely an instrument (dare I say, a tool?) through whom God’s wishes were acted upon and materially realised.

The head and hand of God did not discriminate. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the Lord.

Thou shalt be punished thusly if it is God’s will.

For his services to God, post death, Vander should actually be canonised (no, not shot out of a cannon but rather, made a Saint)...

.....then we can all celebrate St. Holly -Day, Hooray, Hooray, it’s a Holly, Holly - Day!

    OMG, I kill me! :meparto:

While I am a huge Holyfield fan, I don't deny that he was dirty with the head. And he was excellently skilled and obviously practiced at it.

Tyson on the other hand, fought dirty at times but not in a seemingly intentionally practiced way. I agree with the earlier poster that the later career Tyson did plenty of fouling but it was sloppy and obviously not rehearsed much.

Comparing Tyson's boxing skills with his rule bearing skills, there is a strange coincidence Tyson had an excellent left hook and excellent head movement when he was younger, and similarly he had excellent all-time great arm lock and hitting after the Bell skills. The rest of the skills both in boxing and fouling, are also extremely similar. That is, not very high.

Interesting that, as short as he was, Tyson didn't get warned for low blows much.

Evander fought dirty when he had to. Rarely did he instigate it but he knew what Tyson was about and decided to make those fights ugly.

I have no problem with it at all.

Of course. Holyfield owned him in every conceivable way.

I've come to the conclusion that all of the top guys are on peds. This helps me with debating H2H matchups & making lists. I concentrate only on in-ring performance and avoid talking about things like peds, mental states, a billion amateur wins, traveling out of one's country, being the youngest ever champ, etc. I just try to focus on the actual fights instead.

Holy was certainly roided up, but he probably busted his ass harder in the gym than just about anyone else, and maximized the effects.

Tyson took several headbutts from many during his career. It was an excuse. Holyfield outboxed him.
