    he already did not agree to it..i believe he has to take the tests up until the day of the fight nor or the fight wont happen

    after mayweather made the concession to have a cut off date of 14 days arum essentially went old man crazy and called off the negotiations. I really think that they realized there was not nearly enough time to give the fight the proper promotion. I sincerely think this fight will get made with a 14 day cut off but arum will be the biggest detriment to negotiations, not pac who i actually believe does want this fight.
