Do you think John Ryder would beat Billy Joe Saunders?

Yes I do. I think John would wear him down and take command in the later rounds. But it won't happen so pointless

 

I'd like to think this fight will happen. Credit to both if it does ho ahead, as with Gavin vs Vassell. It will be close, but I feel Saunders shades it. This should be what British title fights are all about.

 

I just feel that if Billy Joe beats O'sullivan then Ryder becomes too high a risk IMO. Especially as they'll be looking at a world title shot

 

Also I don't think Frank ****** wants the fight. He can't have he's star man losing

 

Ryder would beat Saunders, but I will believe the fight is happening when both fighters are in the ring.

 

Do we have any news on this fight yet?

If it doesn't happen, who should Ryder fight for the vacant Lonsdale belt.

Prince Aaron?
Nick Blackwell?
Chris Eubank Jr?
Adam Etches?

Or someone else?.......

 

I have heard today, from someone who is in the know, that Ryder will get offered step aside money for the BJS fight to not take place. Basically Ryder pulls out, BJS keeps the belts

 

Only seen Ryder once but billy joe has awful stamina problems and is gonna be exposed at a higher level, have heard ed Robinson say Ryder gets stronger as the rounds go on in sparring and had a great engine, if he survives early onslaught will probably do billy jo over I really believe Saunders is a real weak finisher

 

I fancy Ryder in this one.

Would be interesting for a few rounds but think Billy Joe would take over in the second half and cruise to a UD or possibly even get the stoppage around the 9th - 10th rounds.

Ryder is decent but people overrate him on here.
