I wont even touch upon the insanity of that comment...but...

I understand the advantages he held against Cotto. I understand how he was able to trouble Cotto. I understand what Cotto was feeling in the ring and that he was tired, hurt and broken down.

What I dont understand is how ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND could say that loading gloves wouldnt help any of those above things happen???

• Loading your gloves can make it easier to cut your opponent.​
• Loading your gloves can create a broken nose on your opponent, or make a broken nose worse.​
• By hurting your opponent easier, you also tire them easier.​
• By hurting your opponent, it almost forces them to flee and backpedal (not many hurt fighters stand and trade).​
• By backpedaling, you are also tiring faster.​

Again, Im not saying that Margo loaded his gloves (tho I do think he was for most or all of his career...but this is simply my opinion and I would NEVER state this to be fact). What I am saying is, your statement of "it wouldnt have made a difference" is ridiculous.

Like I said, I thought from day one of the fight being signed that Margo was all wrong for Cotto. BUT, Im not crazy enough to say that loading gloves wouldnt have made it all that much easier. Thats just plain stupid...sorry man.

(I cant believe you compared a close, exciting fight to a fight where Margo won every round and where the guy basically quit twice...you have to be kidding me)​

what was it that was found again? plaster of paris? used wraps? I didnt read about the final results of the investigation, heard that he was suspended indefinitely. What was found was illegal, just wanted to know what it was again.
