YOU must be brain-troubled. Are we talking of the zab judah that convincingly lost (well, in knockOUT fashion) to Cotto?... and how about the same Williams that went to school for 12 full rounds with CQ :D. BTW, THAT SAME LACK OF DEFENSE IS THE ONE THAT WON OVER SSM :yep. Now, rethink all your absurd posts, have a cup of coffee, and don't forget ur Ritalin, it's past 7am!:smooch

If the same coach has been wrapping his hands for 10 years then it is possible. Also, Cottos face looked bad.

I think the only reasonable assumption is that he did. The man was caught cheating and lied about it, why give him the benifit of doubt?

im sure he or his manager have been doing that for a while. i though the gauze was had dry blood on in it ? it was not mosleys.either a spar parter or cottos, i think hes done that for a while.

ill guess since he had that 1st rd ko over golden johnson.

    Si!!!!!!!

    :yep

Go back to the fight, watch the second round when Margarito hit Cotto with a body shot and Cotto twisted like a worm. That kind of reaction to a body shot in the second round is NOT normal, maybe after in the 8th or 9th round. There is no ****ing way he didnt use that ****, it makes no sense for him to had wanted to use it against Mosley (who hadnt KOed anyone but an ol busted Mayorga in the past 7 years) and not use it against Cotto. So YES!!! I think he used it.

i dont think he picks and chooses when to use them, at what ever point he 1st did he stuck with it until he got caught.just like anthing else in life you do.you do it until u get caught, cheating on women, steroids use and trickn or what eva.

I say yes. The point’s been made before: why would he start using the pads against Mosley, who looked bad one fight prior and lost to Margo’s last victim, but not against said victim, Cotto?

Who was the bigger threat? Who did he need more insurance against?

The prime, dangerous, heavily favoured Cotto or the old, faded, inconsistent Mosley?

There’s a fair point to be made that why didn’t it have such an effect against Clottey or Williams? They’re bigger guys, able to physically match Margarito for strength.

Until Clottey broke his hand, he was doing a great job against Antonio. Against Williams he was being beaten clearly UNTIL the later stages of the fight when the wraps would have hardened and the blows were finally having some impact on the talented boxer-puncher. He still lost.

Against Shane, Margo’s blows had less impact than Cotto’s had on the Californian marvel. Without the wraps, all he was is a chin and workrate.

The Cintron fights? Well, he’d seen Cintron collapse mentally because he wasn’t denting Margo so, in the second fight, chances were the pressure would have the same effect. It did.

Looking at logically, he wore the wraps for Cotto. The difference between his punches early in the fight and later, when every shot he landed seemed to take Cotto apart was unnatural. Judah punches harder than Margo, I think and sure he buckled Cotto badly, but his face wasn’t like that.

Shane punches harder than Margo and Cotto didn’t look like that.

    So, what was the difference?

Busted up? He cut his mouth. Zab was the one on his knees at the end, being stopped. Zab put Cotto on ***** street with an incredible, fast, accurate uppercut. No shame there - Zab's a good puncher, Cotto's not got the sturdiest chin.

Much bigger men, physically speaking. And Cotto quit because he was being hit with bricks. Cintron quit because he can't handle adversity.

And Cotto never left it open to debate - he took Quintana apart.

This is all particularly alarming because Margarito seemed to come to power punching late in his career. After performing little better than a jouneyman for years, he suddenly blossomed in his early 30s, consistently not only beating but knocking out top level opposition.

He used those wraps for a long time. No doubt about it.

You are not only a "Trouble Man" but you are also a STUPID MAN.
Thats not what I meant you MORON. Learn how to read. :huh

After reading some of your posts I can tell you are a disgruntled Margarito fan who left and cameback with a different name after the ass kicking he got from a 37 year old man...
