In my honest opinion, this is how I see it. Whether the fight happen is up to PAC and Marquez right now. PAC has put in so much work lately by taking the big risk by fighting the bigger guys. He now has earned his name and is making big bucks no matter who he fights.
Marquez on the other hand hasn't taken the same route except for the Mayweather which he got his ass kicked.
Marquez is the one who want this fight so he should just listen to what Top Rank offer and take it.
