yeah nice theory except Morales actually failed the first test and had it go public. Then ALLEGEDLY just kept getting test over and over.

GBP needs to save their fights and USADA is only following GBP's protocol and not their own. there's a reason why Shaefer prefers USADA instead of VADA. :deal
