Do you think Mayweather will walk JMM down like he did Judah?

He got in trouble because his chin is weak.

He didnt fight Baldomir after he got hurt...he bitched out. He should have never of lost that fight but he is a mental midget who lacks ticker.

Pac wasn't "too fast" for JMM, but floyd will be??? JMM has been fighting at the lower weights, where the fighters are fast as hell, even the average fighter down there is fast. Floyd will be the second fastest fighter he will face yeah, but it won't bother him too much trust me.

I highly doubt it, JMM is a better technician and strategist then Judah is, trying to walk down a counter puncher like JMM could be dangerous. I look for Floyd to put some hurt to the body on JMM in the early rounds then look to clean up in the late rounds. I also think this is the same plan JMM will try also .

 

i think this fight is close for the first few rounds but mayweather jr. is a total (master) as is marquez in adapting during fights. but the difference is going to be the added weight marquez is carrying. i think that added muscle marquez has put on is going to slow him down a bit in the middle rounds. mayweather jr. seems to figure his opponents out by the mid rounds and this time will be no different. i think mayweather jr. wins by decision as i think the only marquez wins is by KO and this ain't happening.

 

i agree with you. they are both smart fighters.
the only fear i have about this fight is both will be too keen to counterpunch early. there's a real danger this could happen and it could turn into a chess match.

 

Floyd will do what he always does: hit and run. Only after JMM has counter-punched the **** out of Floyd's body for a few rounds, he won't be able to run very fast or very far, and that's when JMM will finish him off. JMM may be a "little guy" be he's strong and quick and won't be outboxed or out fought, by anybody.

 

I wouldnt say he walked down Judah, he broke judah down with body shots, he adjusted from about the 5th on, it was an exciting fight to see Floyd matched with speed, to see that straight left hand landing early due to Floyds Cross over style, once he caught on to it he adjusted and started to break him down to the body.

damn i hope you're right but i don't know. in theory, marquez could do that but mayweather is such a great defensive fighter and innovator it's going to be hard for marquez to really get solid shots in.

 

even you have to admit, that was a thing of beauty to watch.

 

Honestly it was the best fight I have seen Floyd in, he was forced to adjust, the fight was actually entertaining, all up until his uncle disgraced teh fight and the sport, and this isnt out of hate, FMJ should have been DQ'd for that stunt.

Floyd will use the jab a lot in this fight. Floyd has to jab, and then use defense to see where JMM's punches are coming from.

JMM has to stand his ground, and anticipate when Floyd will throw so he can counter Floyd. JMM has to try to use the jab.
