    This.

Go out on a high, on your own terms, with a big win and a title. Leave em wanting more Manny.

Won't happen that way, but that's the path I'd like him to take.

To be honest there are so many bad retirements in this sport, every time someone manages to walk away healthy and prosperous everyone who loves the sport should be raising a glass.

That counts for a lot of rabid fans though. Denial for the obvious is rife on this board.

Yes he should go out on top. He took some big shots against Thurman and at his age shouldn’t risk taking any further damage. Father Time catches up to everyone. It would be insane for him to fight Spence.

Lomachenko, Mayweather 2, or a McGregor-esque circus match. All would be big money fights. He should call it a career afterward. Zero left to prove.

Yes, 1000, he needs to call it a day. He looked great the first four or five rounds, then the exhaustion set in. I've never seen him that tired before, i was nervous for him a couple times. You could see that he didn't have his legs and his arms just did not wanna go, he was dead ****ing tired and you could tell his corner knew and so did Thurman. He's never been hit like that so clearly, not even trying to get outta the way, I think Roach and Buboy knew it was close to that time. Then outta no where in the 10th Pac found that huge shot to the ribs, he didn't even know what to do with it. It took him a few seconds to even go after Thurman and luckily he found a bit of adrenaline off that and it brought him back to lif . Hell of a performance from the old dog, but you can tell fighting with these bigger , young guns at a fast pace that he's on borrowed time.

    That's my second choice.

    First choice is Bud.

Of course, if Floyd wanted to make a comeback.....

(Re-post from another thread since it is more relevant here)

I think it's time for Pac to call it a day.

His left eye is injured again (scratched retina) like what happened in his previous fights.

We don't want this ATG to go blind, do we?

He's already a living legend and this legend should only be fighting his co-legends/ATGs at this point or finally hang them up.
