"ABility to perform" is the funniest thing i read here for a while.
"he could actually die in this fight" is also unreal...

are you seriouse punch output, movement to hatton.
have you ever seen pac fight, he throws much more punches with better technique than hatton. pac is much better on his toes. and he showed he can perform at 147 so i dont think he will have a problem at 140.

people that are not putting no credence to pacs victory over delahoya got it wrong. pac showed he can box and execute a gameplan. thats how i know hatton fans are grabbing at straws when they use delahoya and diaz as an excuse as to why pac is gonna lose. maybe they were not in best form or best comp. but pac did not show any sighn that he cant fight at 135 or above.

Yea...only b/c Hatton hasn't really EVER taken a beating. This fight is going to be brutal given the styles.....I just think PAC will be the winner and in order to beat Hatton you have to inflict a lot of damage or be a percise, accurate technician who can land a perfectly placed punch to end it all quickly. PAC wears his oppoents down and although he has real power, that comes from his speed, velocity and explosiveness. Hatton will take a lot of punishment this fight and I'm sure PAC will take a lot too...but I think his most brutal fight was with EM when PAC was still very raw!

I am extremely interested in this fight. I don't think that it's a walk-over for Pac by any means. Either fighter can win, and I am very interested to see if Pac can keep pace when he is fighting someone else who is pushing the pace as well. I think that Hatton's body attack is going to be the key difference in this fight against many other of Pac's fights.

the more i think about this fight, the more i think that size will not be enough to protect Hatton from being dominated.

If the ref stops Hatton from doing his clinching bull**** every time he comes in, then Pac has it easily. If not, I still think he has it, but he will get hurt at least a few times.

I just don't like the style of Hatton at all. He goes for his power shots as soon as he gets out of a clinch, and then acts like he has a great win. Once he can fight without wrapping the fighter up every time he comes in (with immediate shots out of the clinch) I will give Hatton some credit.

Right now I think he's better off trying to become a wrestler.

Pacquiao cuts too ... he will probably cut from Hatton ... and you guys are forgetting the inside fighting skills of Hatton.

I would like for someone to tell me a fight when Pacquiao fought on the inside --

Pac will get bullied and probably get his worst beating ever !!

Pacquiao isn't the same type of fighter that Mayweather and will probably take more risks ... and in reture will get hit a bit more.

Hatton isn't a slouch ... he has decent speed and decent skills ... as long as he's under control and calm ... he stands a good chance of winning this fight by KO.

Cuts and bruises are not an indicator of the fight outcome for such a fair-skinned guy as Hatton as he has proved time and time again in leaving the ring bruised but with his arm raised by the ref. My money is on Hatton. I expect him to walk through Pac with relative ease. Pac has become severly overrated over the course of his last four fights.
