Do you think Pac would have been bigger than Tyson or Oscar If he was an American?

I think he would not be as popular if Pacquaio was an American. The most popular boxers to day are Pacquaio Hatton and Cotto all from countries much smaller than the United States (puerto rico is not nesccary a country). I think America is too big to create a supper star.

 

As I understand the qestion this is not about tallent but about popularty.

 

Nah.....Tyson was just crazy feared when in his prime....thats why people flocked to see him. I dont think Pac-Man is feared like that mainly because the weight class he fights in not to say they are any less tougher but those who dont follow boxing only know Heavy pretty much. I do think he could reach Oscars popularity though if he fought in say welter.
