Different opponents, different strategies. I think Floyd would move backward and shoot the stinging jab to catch Manny lunging in like Cotto did to him few times.

He jabs taller boxers than Floyd. I think he can. Why not?
It's part of his arsenals and he can jab at all angles.

Who? Antonio "Target practice" Margarito. Manny can land his jab, but it's all of a matter of landing your jabs consistently and accurately which he cannot do especially against defensive Boxer like Floyd.

Jabs do not need to land. It's a way of measuring distance to unleash right straight or an uppercut. I'm sure Pac will use his jabs from time to time in every round.

I consider that a Jabber because of the result of the landed jabs, not the amount which was thrown. Cotto is considered a jabber, but he only averaged 6 jabs landed per rounds and probably throw for more than Floyd does but still averaged 2 jabs lesser. It's not about how much you throw, it's about making most of what you throw counts.

    Cotto :

See. Pac jabs but it is just a disrupting jab, a keeping the enemy honest jab.

    Against Hatton :

    73/127 power punches (57%)

Who needs jab when you connect your power punch higher than Mayweather's jab rate?

    Against Margarito ;

    Jabs : 63 / 356

    Power punches : 411 / 713 )58%)

Again, Pac is busy throwing jabs..... He just does not have the intention of actually making it his bread and butter.

    Against Dela Hoya :

JABS THROWN: Pacquiao 252, De La Hoya 238.

    • JABS CONNECTED: De La Hoya 32, Pacquiao 29.

    • JAB CONNECT PERCENTAGE: De La Hoya 13 percent, Pacquiao 12 percent.

    • POWER PUNCHES THROWN: Pacquiao 333, De La Hoya 164.

    • POWER PUNCHES CONNECTED: Pacquiao 195, De La Hoya 51.

    • POWER PUNCH CONNECT PERCENTAGE: Pacquiao 59 percent, De La Hoya 31 percent.

Once again., Pac threw tons of jabs. Hundreds more than Mayweather's average.

A classic jabber actually throws tons of jab. It usually does not connect. It is a set-up punch.

If you take away Pac's jabs statistics, he is way more accurate than Gayweather......

Pac does not intentionally lands his jab all the time like mayweather.

I've already covered most of the points that you're trying to prove. This would have to be Manny's advantage if he could land his power punches as consistently and accurately as he landed on his last four opponents[Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Mosley]. He has landed 1,096 power punches out of 2,308 power punches thrown in his last four fights. He averaged 23.0 power punches landed per rounds out of 48.1 power punches thrown per rounds. But you have to take into consideration that none of those guys had the ability of limited Manny's best weapons like JMM has. Manny only averaged 9.0 power punches landed per rounds against JMM out of 22.4 power punches thrown per rounds in 24 rounds.

Kind of a moot point, Floyd doesn't use his jab on regularly basis anymore. When was the last fight he averaged 50+ jabs around?

Why even attempt to justify his inability to land his jabs accurately? and No, in their last fight fights Floyd has a higher power punches connect percentage than Manny. Don't even go there kid, Manny isn't even the second most accurate all-around puncher right now.

Care to tell me one Boxer who has averaged 50+ jabs thrown per rounds in a fight?
