Do you think Pacquiao/Mayweather happens now?

Both Pac and Mayweather have nowhere to go from here except retirement unless this fight happens.

    Does it finally happen?

Must happen. The sport of boxing loses if it doesn't happen.

If it doesn't, both boxers/camps are doing a disservice to boxing.

Mayweather can fight Berto, he can fight the Williams/Cintron winner, or he could fight Martinez. Pacquiao has fewer viable options in my opinion. Valero is dead, no one will want to see him fight Marquez or Mosley after what Mayweather did to them. There will be less interest in the Margo fight now. No one is going to want to see him fight Cotto again either. Pac doesn't have the size to go up to 154 and it will be hard for him to get a fight with Berto being that Berto is managed by Haymon.

For Pacquiao, it's Mayweather or bust. His pride, along with some urging from Roach and Arum, will result in him taking the fight against Mayweather.

Manny is still The Ring Champ at 140, he has Bradley, Alexander, Maidana and Khan to choose from.

Mayweather would be crusified for fighting Berto and the Williams/Cintron winner and Martinez would be pointless.

But at the end of the day none of the people Floyd and Manny can choose from won't do much for them other then just be a fight.

I suppose then can choose from the fighters I listed but if they want to keep the fans respect really have no choise but to fight each other.

I think it'll happen. Both fighters have no where else to go and they know what's at stake. At this stage, it's completely inexcusable for this fight not to be made. It has to happen now.

    :huh

Erm, both fighters have plenty of choices should their negotiations fail. Pacquiao's got the whole 140 to play with for crying out loud!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if they mega fight doesn not materialize, I'm going to pin the majority of blame on Mayweather.

The thing is Pac says that he wants his next fight at 140 so he can keep his Ring title so maybe we'll get Pac/Bradley or Alexander in the meantime.

True, but like I said it won't do much for them like Manny and Floyd fighting each other.

Well he needs to fight JMM at 140.

At 147 he needs to fight Money May.

    So Pac is checked mated.

Floyd played this to perfection, he gets a 30 mil dollar check for mosley then a 40 mill dollar one for fighting pac.

Not really, who honestly wants to See Manny fight Marquez again?

Besides Marquez moved back down to Lightweight to fight Diaz again.
